Ron is amazing and he challenges me constantly, doesn’t let me make excuses or quit, and makes every workout fun (which, believe me, isn’t easy because I hate exercising even though I know I need to do it). He changes things up enough so I’m not bored and can’t ever guess what I’ll be doing when he’s here. He has an infectious positive attitude and is just fun to be around.
